The Hill and the Frontline – a 90-minute circular walk from the Ladbroke Arms, twelve stops across the length of Notting Hill. Climb to the Saxon summit no landowner could rename, then down through the crescents built on the old racecourse to the streets where the Caribbean community arrived, resisted and built Carnival – the Mangrove, the Tabernacle and the Frontline of All Saints Road.
Back at the pub, a half pint of ale and a fish and chips taster await. Non-alcoholic and vegetarian options are available.
