Walk and Talk, Reflect and Realign
About this Event
Ready to get moving and clear your mind?
Join us for our next Walk & Talk at Middle Lake, a peaceful part of the Chain of Lakes in Golden Gate Park. This month’s walk is an opportunity to slow down, check in with yourself, and create space to reflect on where you are and what may need to shift.
Our theme, Reflect & Realign, is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, and consider what matters most in this season of life.

9:30–10:30 AM
Total Distance: Approximately 2 miles
Who’s This Walk For?
This walk is for women who are going through a transition in life, whether it’s a change in family, career, relationships, identity, or simply a new season of life.
Come walk alongside a community of women who understand that life changes, and bring your support team with you, friends, family, partners, children, or neighbors who are part of your journey.
What to Expect
- Scenic park walk: Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Middle Lake as we walk through Keyhole Meadows along the Chain of Lakes in Golden Gate Park.
- Movement & mindful walking: A comfortable-paced walk covering approximately 2 miles. All paces are welcome.
- Optional reflection prompts: Pause along the way for simple prompts that encourage reflection, conversation, and connection.
- Connection & community: Meet other women and invite your girlfriends, family, partners, children, or neighbors to walk alongside you.
- Come as you are: No pressure to perform, keep up, or have everything figured out. Just show up and let's walk together. Sprinkle in some orange color for this month's theme too.
Meet Coach Judy
I’m Coach Judy, a midlife movement coach with 23 years of experience in health and fitness and a degree in Kinesiology.
I created Walk & Talk to give women a space to step away from everyday demands, move their bodies, connect with others, and create meaningful moments of reflection.
What started as a simple idea has grown into a community of women who believe that taking care of ourselves matters.
