Local historian and Heritage Tree advocate Therese Oldenburg will guide you on journey to experience Beloit through the roots of its oldest living residents. Along the trail, you’ll discover massive bur oaks, enduring hardwoods, and rare landmark trees that have quietly witnessed centuries of change — from Indigenous history and early settlement to the growth of modern Beloit.
