Join us for a soothing and soul-nourishing night from the evening of June 13th to the morning of June 14th. You’ll sleep like a baby and awaken feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected to your inner self.

Event Program
9:00–9:30 PM – Arrival: Settle into your space, enjoy a cup of tea, meet new people, and prepare for the journey ahead.
9:30–9:45 PM – Introduction: Brief overview of the evening.
9:45–11:00 PM – Gong Bath Concert: Immerse yourself in the celestial sounds of Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowls, cosmic gongs, flutes, kalimbas, Koshi bells, and more.
11:00 PM–6:00 AM – Gong Lullaby: Seven hours of gentle, continuous gong sound for ultimate relaxation, renewal, and cleansing.
6:00–6:45 AM – Awakening Gong Bath: Rise to the harmonies of the morning gongs.
7:00 AM – Farewell.

During the Gong Night, you can choose to:
*Sleep deeply, like a baby.
*Meditate and reflect.
*Simply listen in silence and savor the moment.
*Through the soothing vibrations of sound, you’ll experience profound relaxation and a renewed sense of well-being.
How to Prepare
*Wear comfortable clothing and bring warm socks.
*Pack essentials for a cozy night: yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, or mattress—anything to ensure comfort and warmth.
*Tea and snacks will be available in the chill zone.
