The unique RAW experience

The group fasting experience over Easter is still moving in me.
The power of being in a circle — feeling yourself, sharing with others, exploring your own depth through giving and receiving — opened something very profound.
It leaves me with the feeling to create more spaces like this in the city.
So here is a first exploration of the RAW Experience in Copenhagen.
30th – 31st of May

This is an invitation to explore a shorter fast: from food, or anything you feel to take a break from.
You will receive simple guidance for the three days before and after, so you can enter and leave the process in a supported way.
We move with the pillars of the fasting journey I follow, and at the same time stay open to what is actually needed and wants to unfold in the moment.
There will be space for meditation, natural movement, breathwork, and sharing your unique being and gifts. We also include physical touch, like simple meridian/bodywork, and moments of drinking supportive teas.
And most importantly we are in it together! Using the power of the group to move through whatever appears.
