About this Event
January is a month of resolutions, turning over a new leaf and changing habits that we want to leave behind. By the time we get to the end of January, itβs common for these best intentions to slip.
Join ARRIVE, Sam from Selfwork Therapy and the on site team at Brew for a wellbeing breakfast.
With complimentary bacon and sausage sandwiches, coffee, tea and juice, Sam Greenwood-Thompson, counsellor and therapist from Selfwork Therapy will be on-hand to chat about your goals for the year, how you might achieve them and what risks stopping you.
In a relaxed atmosphere, you can chat with Sam, 1-2-1 or in small groups about your mental wellness, explore setting achievable goals for the year ahead, and learn practical techniques to support you. Sam will also be available to answer any questions you may have about counselling and psychotherapy.
This is a drop in session, so feel free to join us anytime between 08.30am and 10am. We look forward to welcoming you to wake up for your wellbeing.
