This 90-minute Earth Day workshop is designed for couples who want to better understand how climate-related stress, uncertainty, and disruption can impact their relationship.

Through guided reflection and practical planning exercises, participants will identify stress patterns, explore how each partner tends to respond under pressure, and begin creating a simple, realistic plan for staying connected during difficult times.

The workshop is supportive, grounded, and practical — offering couples a meaningful way to strengthen resilience together without pressure to have everything figured out.
