WA Real Estate Fair Housing

This 3 hour continuing education interactive real estate class is intended to engage brokers into creating an awareness of the history of discrimination that has taken place throughout the history of American home ownership. After taking this class, brokers will be able to understand how the Fair Housing Justice Center was started. Brokers should understand and abide by the legal framework intended to prevent housing discrimination. Lastly, there should be an understanding of the importance in treating all people equally.
