Led by Victoria Mahe from Align Studios, enjoy a high-energy, low-impact sculpt class designed to challenge your strength using just your body. Expect controlled, intentional movements, core-focused sequences, and a full body burn that builds endurance and stability. Set to an upbeat playlist, this class will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. All levels welcome. After class, all attendees are invited in-store for shopping & refreshments.
