We are hosting a gentle candle-lit somatic movement flow named 'Ease With Empress' an ideal session to recover and prepare for the week ahead. Due to popular demand, we have relocated from the warm Heart of Texas (Waco) to Dallas to allow space for more humans in TX to participate. If you are ready to step forth toward your goals of body confidence, sisterhood, and add a moment of ease with your flow don't hesitate to join!
