Player option on any slopped ball
Early 10 is a win if called

(If move a ball by accident it’s not a foul unless it hits another ball or crosses path of current shot line)
If you intentionally shoot at an object ball with your cue not contacting cue ball first then will be a Foul and ball will be placed back where opponent thinks it was. So don’t do it is simple answer
45 sec shot clock for certain players that tend to play slow and cause tournament to run late.
