Join us for FREE monthly sound bath sessions at Colorado Lagoon! (E. 6th St. & Monrovia, Long Beach, CA 90814)
- Please bring your yoga matt, blanket, eye cover, or anything else that will help you relax during our 60 minute session.
- We have picnic - potluck after our sessions! So please bring something to share with our community if you're able to 🙌🏽
Our intention with this is to provide a space for our community to realign their nervous system while building a sense of community. ✨
Who our sessions are for:
- LGBTQ+, Women, People of color
- 18 years & over ( 13-17 can attend with parental consent forms)
