Kosar Abbasi is an Iranian choreographer, performer, and Yogi.Kosar studied Ayurvedics directly from The University of Pune' in India, and that's where she discovered Yoga and Meditation. As a holistic approach to wellness and self-care. She then pursued further studies in dance and choreography in India and abroad.Kosar has been actively involved in the arts and culture scene in Iran, creating original works that blend Sufi dance and music with contemporary elements. Her choreography often explores themes of identity, spirituality, and human connection.In addition to her work as a choreographer and performer, Kosar is also a certified Yoga instructor. She incorporates her knowledge of Ayurvedics and Yoga into her creative process, using movement and breath-work as tools for self-expression and self-healing.Last 15 years she continues to push boundaries and challenge norms through her work, using dance and Yoga as powerful tools for personal and social transformation.
