🎉 5:00 - 6:00 PM – Registration & Networking
• Bringing flyers? Please place them on the table at the entrance of the reception area.
🍸 Check-In Details
• Members – Register at the Member Desk to receive your ballot and drink tickets.
• New Members Joining That Evening – Sign up at the New Member Table to receive your ballot and drink tickets.
• Guests Not Joining – Sign in at the Guest Table to receive your drink tickets.
💡 6:00 PM – Presentations by three local non-profits (10 minutes each)

EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RSVP, but you can indicate you are attending below.
Every new member's first contribution is matched 100% by Larry & Andrea Frank!
Three charities will be selected to present at our 1st Quarter gathering of 2026 and active MEMBERS will have the opportunity to vote for the successful Recipient! Members Note: the nomination period is completed PRIOR to the meeting. We are not taking any nominations that night!
And remember that VCWWC has implemented a new initiative where everyone who presents is a winner! Our "VCWWC Community Partners Impact Initiative" now gives a minimum of $1,000 each to the presenting charities who were not selected to receive the members donations!
