• Thick sturdy gloves (leather type recommended)
• Hedge shears or secateurs (can also be provided)
• Outdoor clothing suitable for the weather and sturdy footwear
• Lunch and drink

Under 18's should be accompanied by an adult

On road parking available

The Friends of Lake View Park was set up in early 2025 with the aim to improve the park for the benefit of people and nature. The Friends, assisted by Sherbourne Valley Project and the Council Parks and Ecology Teams maintain and improve the park through volunteering undertaking tasks like woodland management, river clearance, Himalayan Balsam Bashing, tree planting, litter picks etc. We also run education events, talks, and social events. We are now a registered charity.
