Prep Kitchen & Gold Country Kokua are partnering up with Interfaith Food Ministry to provide 100 Thanksgiving Turkey Shepherd's Pies and No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecakes for vetted local families. We are seeking donations of funds, ingredients, and love in the form of labor! Join the giving spirit to provide a festive meal for someone who may otherwise be eating a cold bowl of cereal on Thanksgiving.
FOOD DONATIONS MUST BE SEALED AND UNEXPIRED:
·48 cans corn, green beans, peas
· 100c chicken broth
· 22lbs instant potatoes
· 25lbs stuffing mix
· cranberries or cranberry sauce
· 4 gallons whole milk
· 200 servings gravy (powder or containers)
· 20lbs shredded cheddar or blend cheese
· 10lbs total of nuts, m&ms, Christmas candy
· 25lbs butter
· 25 boxes graham crackers
· 5lbs cream cheese
· 10 gals heavy whipping cream
· 2 liters lemon juice
· 2 large jars vanilla extract
· 1 costco jar ground cinnamon
· 2 jars ground nutmeg
· 2 jars ground ginger
· 2 jars ground cloves
