About this Event

Adaptive Design Volunteer Build Night –Summer Momentum Continues!

We're excited to share that Adaptive Design's Volunteer Build Nights will continue throughout the summer! Thank you to everyone who has joined us this year to build, learn, connect, and make a meaningful impact alongside our community.

Our next Volunteer Build Night will take place on Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Whether you're returning or joining us for the first time, you'll work alongside our team to create custom adaptive equipment and educational materials that help children and adults with disabilities participate more fully in everyday life. No prior building experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate.

Together, we'll spend an evening transforming everyday materials into life-changing solutions while connecting with a welcoming community of volunteers, makers, designers, educators, therapists, advocates, and supporters.

Date: Thursday, July 16, 2026
🕠 Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
📍 Location: Adaptive Design Association

Space is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early. We can't wait to build with you this summer and continue creating a more accessible, inclusive world—one adaptation at a time.

Become a Monthly Donor 💙

In our workshop, a single sheet of cardboard can become a life-changing piece of adaptive equipment. For just $32 a month, you can sponsor one 4 ft. × 8 ft. sheet of cardboard, providing one of the essential materials our fabrication team uses to create custom adaptations that help children participate, learn, and thrive.

Your monthly support keeps our workshop stocked and our creativity in motion, ensuring that children and families continue to receive individualized adaptive solutions throughout the year. Every sheet of cardboard represents a possibility. Every monthly gift helps transform everyday materials into extraordinary opportunities.
