Our Big Bear Yoga Festival family is coming together, and we'd love for you to join us!
Before festival weekend arrives, we're gathering for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and community at Meadow Park.
What We'll Be Doing
✨ Creating beautiful custom crafts for the Vendor Village
✨ Potluck-style picnic (bring your favorite dish, snack, or drink to share)
✨ Fun games and team activities
✨ Prizes and giveaways throughout the afternoon
✨ Getting to know one another and building our amazing volunteer family
Whether you've volunteered before or this is your very first festival, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with everyone you'll be serving alongside during Big Bear Yoga Festival.
What to Bring
* A potluck dish, snack, or beverage to share
* A picnic chair or blanket
* Comfortable clothes
* Your creativity and positive energy!
This isn't a work day—it's a celebration of our incredible volunteer community while we prepare something beautiful together for the festival.
We can't wait to laugh, create, share a meal, and spend time together before festival weekend.
