Ready to start the semester with confidence?

Join Volar for an interactive summer workshop designed to help current and incoming college students navigate college and make the most of the resources available on campus. Students will learn practical strategies for self-advocacy, course registration, working with academic advisors, using tools like Rate My Professor, and accessing key university resources that support academic, personal, and career success.

The event will also include a networking session with professionals from a variety of career fields, giving students the opportunity to build connections, ask questions, and learn from their experiences.

This event is open to all students in the community. You do not need to be a Volar student to attend. We welcome anyone looking to build connections, learn about campus resources, and gain tools for success in college. Admission is free.
