Play For All Soccer Clinic with SMU Soccer
About this Event
As Dallas celebrates the excitement of soccer this summer, is proud to partner with the and to create a morning centered around one simple belief:
The game is better when everyone gets to play.
The Play For All Soccer Clinic is a free community event designed to introduce children affected by autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to the joy of soccer in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
Throughout the morning, participants will have the opportunity to learn basic soccer skills alongside student-athletes from the SMU Men's and Women's Soccer programs before wrapping up with a fun scrimmage surrounded by family, friends, and community supporters.
This event is part of Uptown Dallas Inc.'s Play For All initiative at Griggs Park — a community soccer pitch created to celebrate the world's game while shining a light on the importance of accessible play for every child.
