Music and film combine for an unforgettable evening featuring the iconic silent film The Passion of Joan of Arc (1928) with live orchestral and choral accompaniment. The Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra and Burlington Civic Music join together to present Voices of Light - an unforgettable musical theater experience which merges the legendary silent film masterpiece The Passion of Joan of Arc with a live performance of a beautiful work by composer Richard Einhorn.
Limited seating available. Pre-concert social event with hors d'oeuvres begins at 5:30 pm. Doors open at 6:30 for general admission seating. Concert begins at 7:00 pm with an intermission. Please arrive early for the best seats!
Recommended for ages 12+. Film includes emotional intensity.
