Vocal Medicine with Rose
A transformative experience designed to awaken your freedom of expression through the power of sound.
We begin with cacao, creating a warm, heart-centered ceremonial space. This will include breath & meditation to deepen self-awareness and presence.
As we start to feel the effects of the cacao, we will move into vocal toning exercises to connect with the instrument of our voice and body.
Weāll end with group improvisation, fostering creativity and connection. Together, we will explore and learn songs from around the world that resonate with our shared experience.
This journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and communal expression invites you to find your unique voice while harmonizing with the collective.
During Our Time Together, We Will:
Open our hearts with cacao
Release limiting beliefs around singing & speaking our truth
Practice breathing techniques
Engage in vocal warm-ups
Sing & tone together
Experience group vocal improvisation
Learn medicine songs from around the world
Connect deeply with ourselves & our extended community
Awaken & embody our true voices
Everyone is Welcome
No singing experience is requiredājust a desire to expand and open your voice. This will be a safe & judgment-free space for exploration.
Please Bring:
- Your water bottle
- A small shaker or percussion instrument (optional)
- A small offering for the space (e.g., tobacco, herbs, a stone, a crystal, a song, or a prayer)
š Preregistration is required.
Important Notes:
ā ļø Cacao contains caffeineāplease avoid coffee and other stimulants at least 3 hours before the gathering.
ā ļø It's best to arrive with an empty stomach, having your last meal at least 3 hours before we begin.
ā ļø Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after the session.
About Rose Dayal
Rose Dayal is a multifaceted artist, DJ, and sound healer, as well as the founder & facilitator of Vocal Medicine/Sound Medicine, hosting workshops and events across the Bay Area and beyond.
Raised on a farm in Ohio, Rose cultivated a deep connection with nature, which profoundly influences her artistic and healing work. With a lifelong passion for music, she has honed her skills as a musician & vocalist over the years.
In addition, Rose is a certified life coach, meditation & breathwork practitioner, blending her love for music, healing arts, and nature to create transformative experiences for her community.
