An embodied voice and leadership workshop to help facilitators speak with clarity, confidence, and authority people can hear and trust.
About this Event

Your voice is more than sound — it is leadership in motion.

In this experiential workshop, you’ll clarify your Core Voice — the authentic, grounded frequency that emerges when your inner vision, physical presence, and vocal expression are aligned.

Through a powerful blend of embodiment practices, breathwork, rhythm training, and vocal techniques drawn from public speaking and professional performance, you will learn how to:

  • Speak so people can hear you clearly (without strain or force)
  • Communicate so they understand you
  • Express yourself in a way that feels authentic — not performative
  • Build vocal presence that people believe and trust
  • Shape the energetic field of the room with intention

We’ll explore how breath, posture, pacing, rhythm, and tone directly impact how your message lands. You’ll discover what makes your voice uniquely yours — and how to use it to create safety, clarity, and authority as a facilitator.

This is not about becoming louder. It’s about becoming more aligned.

When your voice is connected to your core, your leadership becomes magnetic, grounded, and trustworthy.

You will leave with practical tools, embodied exercises, and a deeper understanding of how to use your voice as a transformational instrument — in the studio, in workshops, and beyond.

When: Sunday, April 19 from 2:30-5pm

Where: Green Yogi Telegraph
