Hello my loves!

My name is Vada i am a somatic embodiment facilitator, traveler, womb wisdom keeper, student of nature, woman of the wild, and lover of gathering with community.

In these sessions we'll explore the vast world of the voice and where it can take us. The voice is an intelligence built inside of us that has the ability to teach us, to heal us, to activate us, and to bring us immense joy and harmony, both within ourselves and with each other. We'll come together to play with different techniques, songs, and intuitive nudges that take us on a playful yet profound vocal journey!

I encourage interactive guiding, and the circle to be held and co-created by everyone present. If you have any ideas feel free to bring them to the circle!

Parking is at carrier park on the side of the old nascar racetrack, and we will be gathered behind it by the trees.
