Together, we will weave medicine songs, mantras, and intuitive melodies, creating a container for release, renewal, and heart-centered expression. Whether you come to sing, hum, or simply receive the vibrations, this gathering invites you to open your voice, uplift your spirit, and remember the ancient wisdom carried in sound. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to be moved by the music.

This class invites you to explore the depths of your authentic voice, grounding you in your true nature and helping you feel more confident, relaxed, and connected to your feminine essence.

You will learn tools that activate the most important centers in a woman’s body.

• Grounding Meditation and breathwork
• OM chanting for brain stimulation and opening of the third eye
• Chanting Vedic sounds and mantras to improve strength and subtlety of your voice
• Singing together

Facilitator's bio:

Treya Jaholkowska is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach with over 30 years of experience on a spiritual and healing journey. Her work blends artistry, music, and ancient practices to support the expansion of consciousness during these transformative times. From 2006 to 2013, Treya immersed herself in deeper spiritual exploration, living in Hawaii, India and Europe. Her time in monasteries, ashrams, and intentional communities deepened her connection to yogic practices, mantra chanting, and sacred music. As a Sound Healing Journey facilitator with the Dreamweavers Collective, Treya weaves eclectic instruments and vocals to create transformative experiences. She also offers meditation, mantra chanting, Kirtan, Sacred Feminine retreats, and conscious workshops, blending ancient wisdom with creative expression.
