First Light is an immersive evening guided by Varesh, designed as a conscious threshold into 2026. Before the year accelerates, this is a pause a deliberate recalibration of body, mind, and nervous system.
The journey opens with slow, grounding embodiment practices to release what the past year left behind and steady the system for what’s ahead. From there, structure softens and instinct takes over.
Movement becomes instinct.
Dance becomes release.
Sound becomes medicine.
Through guided conscious dance, you move without choreography or judgment, allowing tension, emotion, and mental noise to clear. The experience then melts into a deep, immersive sound bath where you lie down, receive, and let frequency reset what willpower cannot.
Music is carefully curated and held by Ali AP, carrying you from activation into surrender. A curated showcase of Persian designers by Arezoo Ali weaves beauty and cultural memory through the space. Nourishing soul food by Diba Restaurant anchors the evening warm, generous, and shared as ritual.
