The Details

This free workout will be led by Wel at Humana. Participants are encouraged to enjoy FOKO's Mexican cuisine following class, including traditional tacos, guac n' chips, nachos, coffees, fresh juices and craft cocktails.

Cost? Free. All we ask is that participants bring one of the items below to donate to La Casita Center.

Open to all fitness levels. Limited to the first 50 people.

• Bootcamp is a high intensity class focused on full body movements using your own body weight. The class will offer movement modifications and vary in intensity.
• Please bring a towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
• We're encouraging participants to donate any of the following items to La Casita Center – white rice, black beans, canned fruits, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, sizes 5-6 diapers, Pull-Ups, and/or winter clothes.
