Join Courtney & Arkadius for a relaxed, creative afternoon of vision boarding, reflection and intention setting.This workshop is an invitation to slow down, step out of autopilot, and reconnect with what actually matters to you as you move into the year ahead.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to settle the nervous system and clear some mental noise. From there, you’ll be guided through an intuitive vision-boarding process — no pressure, no rules, and no “perfect” vision required.
Enjoy homemade chai and chocolates, chill music, and a welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere while you create your own personalised vision board to take home.
All materials are provided — just bring yourself and an open mind.
