Come join me for a Vision Board Workshop and Sound Bath.Each workshop is open for 10-12 people.
Get it out of your head and on to paper!
We will ground ourselves with a meditation and let our visions flow with creativity, in meditation and intention setting.
We will create a vision board that highlights your goals, dreams, and hearts path.
Vision boards are a fun and visually pleasing way to set goals, reflect on what you want in life and tune into your values and affirmations.
We will end with a vibration-raising sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Immerse yourself in the soothing and harmonious sounds that promote relaxation, balance your energy, and amplify your intentions, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
All supplies provided, but feel free to bring any extras that you may want to use.
Light snack and drink provided.
Bring yoga mat and or blanket/pillow
