Wear what makes you feel free, flowy & feminine. Comfortable fabrics that feel good on your body & move. Wear what makes you feel beautiful. We will remove our shoes at the door and wear socks/barefeet or indoor slippers.

❤️ Divine Feminine Embodiment Dance led by Tamra Rae of Light Steps
Tamra practices somatic movement, which focuses on the internal experience and feeling rather than how it looks on the outside. Somatic dance is about immersing oneself in the present moment as a form of moving meditation.
Tamra invites our guests to show up for themselves to clear out any misalignment and rejuvenate their body and spirit. Music and movement has been such healing medicine on her journey. Her desire is to share its potent power with other women to ignite their journey.
Divine Feminine embodiment dance is a pathway for healing and nurturing self love. We as women are often so disconnected and out of touch from ourselves. This practice enables you to release trapped tension, stress and trauma in the body and open your vessel to greater joy, bliss, pleasure and peace. In this space, you come home to your power and give yourself permission to dance freely and openly. You move energy softly and sensually as you allow Shakti energy to flow. You find liberation and wholeness in this divine expression, honor your spirit and awaken to unleash the Goddess within.
To create an especially sacred container, we’ll abstain from any photography during our dance portion and aid you to feel safe to move in a way that feels natural. Even if you’ve never danced before.. That’s okay! You’re dancing solely for yourself. Some find it helpful to close their eyes during the experience.
