About this Event
Begin the New Year in a space of clarity, presence, and conscious creation. This New Year’s Day gathering is an intentional blend of guided visioning, hands-on vision board creation, and a deeply immersive sound journey designed to help you align with what you truly wish to cultivate in the year ahead. Rather than rushing forward, you are invited to pause, reflect, and root your intentions in calm awareness—setting a steady and grounded foundation for the months to come.
We will begin with a gentle grounding and guided reflection to help you clarify your personal intentions, values, and desires for the coming year. From this place of inner alignment, you will be guided through the creation of your vision board—a tangible, visual expression of what you are calling in across areas such as wellbeing, relationships, creativity, career, rest, and personal growth. This process is not about striving or perfection, but about listening inwardly and allowing clarity to emerge naturally.
Following the visioning process, you will be guided into a restorative sound meditation designed to help integrate and embody your intentions on a deeper level. Surrounded by the resonant vibrations of crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments, your nervous system will be gently guided into a state of deep rest and coherence. The sound journey supports the release of tension, clears energetic stagnation, and allows your intentions to settle into the body, subconscious, and energetic field.
As you emerge from this experience, you may notice a sense of calm clarity, renewed presence, and quiet confidence in the path unfolding ahead. You will leave not only with a vision board to anchor your intentions throughout the year, but with a felt sense of alignment—rooted in balance rather than urgency. This experience is an invitation to step into the New Year feeling centered, resourced, and intentionally oriented toward what matters most.
How Should I Dress:
Please Dress Comforably, I highly recommend wearing loose clothing and layers as the body's temerapure tends to drop as the heart rate slows down.
What Should I Bring:
Our studio has limited props so Please Bring anything to help make you feel comfortable, such as a yoga mat(s), pillow(s), blanket(s), bolster(s), and or eye cover(s).
Please feel free to bring anything else to make you feel at home or to set an intention, such as a journal, artifact, feather, crystal, stone, or essential oil.
Vision board materials if you have preferences (magazines, images, scissors, glue); many materials will be provided, but personal items are encouraged.
Important Information:
Please refrain from eating food within one to two hours before this event, as sound waves travel more easily through water than through matter or waste.
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Please plan to arrive with enough time before the start of the event to find parking, use the restroom, introduce yourself and ground into the space.
There is plenty of parking is right outside the studio.
