New Year’s Eve. Join us for an elegant Chef's Tasting experience crafted to immerse your senses, delight your palate, and welcome 2026 with meaning, flavor, and joy. Celebrate with good people, exquisite food, and a night designed to elevate every moment.
Puerto Rican Speakeasy-inspired tasting journeys, with a set of bites, cultural influence, and unique energy. Featuring four intention-themed bites, a Good Luck Bite, a champagne toast, and a special raffle moment. Guests may also add two custom-paired cocktails for $18.
A vibrant, island-inspired culinary journey honoring heritage, warmth, and celebration. This early evening experience brings the spirit of Puerto Rico into every bite — bright, soulful flavors paired with quiet moments of reflection.
Bites:
Shrimp Ceviche Bite — The Past
Citrus-marinated shrimp with sweet pepper, lime, and cilantro.
Intention: “What wisdom or strength am I carrying from my past?”
Vegetarian: heart of palm ceviche.
Avocado Mojo Deviled Bite — The Present
Whipped avocado–garlic–lime mojo on a crisp cassava cracker.
Intention: “What am I grateful for right now?”
Vegetarian by default.
Caviar Tostón Bite — The Future
Crisp plantain with black bean purée, paddlefish caviar, sour cream, and red onion.
Intention: “What am I ready to call in for the new year?”
Vegetarian: seaweed caviar version.
Guava Gold Truffle — The Good Luck Bite
Chocolate truffle with warm guava drizzle and edible gold.
Collective intention moment: “What do you want to welcome into 2026?”
Champagne + Oyster Toast — Puerto Rico’s Midnight (9 PM MT)
Oyster with citrus mignonette.
Vegetarian: citrus–sofrito seaweed caviar on cassava crisp.

Raffle: Island Midnight Swag Giveaway
