MANIFEST the 2025 YOU WANT with our VISION BOARD, SOUNDBATH and ORACLE READING WORKSHOP!

Come join us for a morning of manifestation, creativity, visualization and meditation!

Vision boards are actually rooted in neuroscience. Looking at specific chosen images primes the brain to grasp opportunities that may otherwise gone unnoticed. That’s because the brain has a process called ‘value-tagging’ which imprints important things onto your subconscious and filters out unnecessary information. The brain assigns a higher ‘value’ to images versus written words on a ‘to-do’ list, so the more you look at those images, the more those images move up in importance. Vision boards also work through visualisation. Your brain sees little difference between something actually happening and a strongly imagined vision of it. So come put together a vision of what you want your 2025 to look like!

We will provide you all the supplies you need to create your 2025 vision board notebook, including a hard bound journal, journal prompts, pens, goal images, stickers and other items to embellish your vision notebook. Nourish yourself with breakfast goodies, create your own trucker hat to keep, get your 5 card oracle reading done by Jasmine Montoya, Life Alchemist, and we'll finish the event with a 1 hour soundbath conducted by Dana Murphy-Chutorian , TSHA Certified Sound Healer. On your way out of class, stop by our smudge stick making bar so you can go home and cleanse your space and perserve your good energy.

Dress in your comfiest athleisure so you can comfortably enjoy the soundbath ritual at the end. We will provide yoga mats for you to lay on the floor, but if you'd like to bring anything extra to make yourself comforable, including a puffer coat, blanket or eye mask, feel free to do so.
