OMG, I am so excited about this! My January Vision Board Event sold out so I decided to team up with Air and Achor and host a second 2025 Vision Board Event in Garden City!

Note: For this event, there will be no high-powered breathwork, just a short guided meditation and conscious breathing to connect with what you are calling in before we start the vision board party.

About your Host:

Amy Chauvin is a passionate mindset and manifestation coach and the creator of The Break-Free Journey to Manifest and Break-Free Breathwork. She helps women manifest their dream lives (in any area of their choosing, whether it be relationships, health, finances, or business) through her 1:1 coaching program.

She is also trained in breathowrk, gong sound healing, and reiki.

She is here to educate, inspire, and guide others on their journey to break-free, get unstuck, and align with purpose and all it is they are ready to manifest. She does this through her events and transformational coaching programs.

She is based in Rhode Island and travels the US holding transformational events, corporate wellness team events, and "Aruba Woman's Wellness Retreats. She also offers 1:1 coaching & private breathwork sessions online.
