February is about purity and cleansing.

Join me on a journey to cleanse what does not serve us any longer and invite in new beginnings!

We will start with an introduction of Cacao and it's wonderful benefits.

Then start our Ceremony and end with a guided meditation to help release and relax before we refill ourselves with loving intentions 🥰

All you need is a yoga mat or something comfy to sit/lay down on, blanket if you like, dress in layers, water bottle, journal if it calls you!
