This special evening blends breathwork, meditation, sound, and creativity inside our Himalayan Salt Cave to help you clearly envision and energetically anchor what you’re calling in for 2026. We’ll begin by grounding and centering the body through breath, followed by guided visualization and crystal singing bowls to align your energy.
You’ll then create a vision board using provided materials, allowing your intentions to take visual form. Enjoy a warming winter tea blend before heading back out into the cold, feeling inspired and supported.
All gatherings take place inside our Himalayan Salt Cave with halotherapy and include grounding breathwork, a warming winter tea blend, and a small essential oil sample to nourish and support you before heading back home.
