VISION 2026: Goal Setting & Vision Board Crafting

Workshop Details:

PART 1: Goal Setting Workshop

Jessica Rae’s goal setting workshop will allow you to visualize your goals, narrow them down, prioritize your list and put them into a simple action plan. If you attended the Vision Workshop, please bring in your notes/visual map. This workshop will include interactive-timed exercise followed by goal setting worksheets. Our goal for goal setting will be to leave with your top 3 goals and a better understanding on achieving them with clarity.

PART 2: Vision Board Crafting

Vision Mapping is a workshop that allows you to unlock ideals, define goals and map out your goals and dreams through interactive exercises. Each vision exercise is designed to connect to a deeper understanding of yourself while discovering your passion and motivation you may or may not know about. By the end of this workshop, you will have a collective list of mapped out goals for yourself followed by our vision board crafting. Take home this visualization and begin working on your vision goals for 2024. The Goal Setting section prior will continue creating accountability from this workshop.

• Wear something comfortable (casual low vibes attire)
• Bring snacks/water
• Laptop
• Your current reading books (2-3 books)
• Bring 2-3 Favorite quotes
• Relatable magazines: Make sure to diversify (travel, wellness, arts, etc)
• Pens, highlighters, markers if available (in case you an an artist and want to bring more options, we will have these avail too)

• Creative Speed Writing
• List Builder x Mapping Outline
• Goal Sorting Worksheets

- 5:15pm - 5:30pm: Break
- 5:30pm: Vision Board Crafting (PT 2)

• Review completed part 1 work
• Sort through magazines
• Craft custom work (use quotes, highlighted works, phrases from Party 1 on board)
• Cut, Paste, and DESIGN
• Vision Board Viewing Party with complimentary Coffee + Tea Bar!! (Potluck snacks welcomed)

Jessica Rae is a Filipina business owner and educator around movement and entrepreneurship. She is the founder and CEO of Rae Model & Talent Agency LLC and Rae Studios, located in downtown SF. Jessica is a graduate from SF State and a lifetime advocate of wellness, dance and the arts.
