Join us to work with the powerful energies of the Full Worm Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. Themes for this new cycle of change include organization, healing, and letting go. The evening will include yoga, ritual, intention setting, meditation, sharing, & a sound bath. Throughout the evening, we will be releasing the old, connecting in community, setting intentions, moving our bodies with a short yoga flow, and enjoying a Sound Bath Journey with Ruby's beautiful Planetary Moon Gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum to channel healing energy through.
There will also most likely be an additional gong player present and one or two intuitive energy workers there to support you in releasing and grounding.
Stick around for tea, snacks, and connection to finish off the night. (Feel free to bring something to share).
