Vinyasa on the beach - Awaken your flow

If you go to yoga classes and don’t always know what to do, or if you already practice but feel stuck in your progress, this space is for you.

And if you enjoy practicing outdoors, by the beach, at sunset... even better.

With 6 years of experience teaching online and private sessions, I’ve developed a way to guide students mainly through clear verbal cues and demonstrations, helping each person understand and feel their own body. In small groups, I can also offer subtle adjustments when needed, always respecting individual limits.

This practice is open to all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, the focus is on moving safely, improving your alignment, and progressing at your own pace within a continuous Vinyasa flow.
