Simone weaves in wisdom from Eastern and ancient traditions, honouring yoga as a way of life β not just a physical practice. π

Simone is an experienced and certified Level 2 Yoga Teacher, known for her gentle guidance and clear cueing. She offers modifications and support to meet you exactly where you are, so you feel safe, seen, and held throughout. πΈ
