About this Event

Fresh flowy classes with melodic tracks you may not have heard in a yoga class before. Less-is-more voice cues. No overt spirituality but all of the soul (there may be some optional ohm's because chanting is nice).

Yoga mats are freely available but you may wish to bring your own. Familiarity with basic poses is assumed, not suitable for complete beginners. Hosted in the Art Room, ground floor of the Salisbury Centre.
