VINYASA YOGA FLOW ON THE VERANDA

Immerse yourself in a tropical oasis, surrounded by the healing splendor of nature, while indulging in a Vinyasa Yoga flow session accompanied by a blend of global music melodies on the Veranda of the Bonnet House Museum. During this class, yoga postures are linked together through a series of movements, each linked to an inhale or exhale.

Depending on the class theme, you’ll practice foundational postures, and you might approach them differently each time or through various pose variations as they are presented—perfect for adventurous yogis seeking to push their boundaries and revel in a lively, invigorating session. It's also a space for everyone to let go of judgment, competition, and fear and to feel the freedom to modify or leave out anything that does not serve them.

This practice isn’t solely about improving flexibility and mobility; it focuses on breathing with movement, building stability, strength, coordination, balance, observation, and awareness. It allows you to step into freedom, modifying or leaving out any movements or poses that do not serve your practice, and dive into the more subtle levels of the mind and awareness.
Focusing on breath and body helps develop concentration, leading to a calmer and quieter mind, and gently guides the class into relaxation and meditation, allowing for a soulful embrace with nature.

The teacher will demonstrate poses, techniques and provide clear instructions, including modifications suitable for all levels to fully enjoy the experience.
🌸 CLASS STARTS 9:00 AM
Please arrive 15 minutes before class time. Class is held on the Veranda deck of the museum home and offers incredible nature views. The class duration is 90 minutes - (including extended rest and meditation)
