A weekly Vinyasa Flow class commencing 6pm on Monday 21st October - 9th December.Join Stacey Loukis and Amelia McKenna for 8 weeks of Vinyasa Flow classes on Monday evenings at Bellerive Primary School. Amelia will be teaching three classes this block. We are very excited to have her on board.
Vinyasa Flow will include asana (poses) to help improve strength, balance, range of movement and flexibility. Breathing techniques to help us find more calm and improve the quality of our breathing. A fun class inclusive for everyone.
Venue: Bellerive Primary School
time: 6pm - 7.15pm.
