Vintage Halloween Collage Class with Collage Kitsch at Island Vibes
About this Event
Create your own one-of-a-kind vintage Halloween collage with artist Carrie of Collage Kitsch! 🎃
During this 2-hour class, Carrie will guide you through the art of analog collage using images found in vintage books and magazines. You’ll learn how to select and layer images, work with collage tools, build an interesting composition, and add those finishing touches that make your piece pop.
No experience is necessary, and there’s plenty of room to follow your own creativity. By the end of class, you’ll leave with a unique, frame-worthy piece of Halloween art that’s completely your own.
All materials are provided, along with light refreshments. We’ll have a limited number of X-Acto knives available for adult use only, so please bring your own if you have one. Ages 5+. Bring your own beer or wine welcome (responsibly)!
Island Candles / Island Vibes is located at 1230 Folly Rd on James Island. You can park in the back parking lot and our entrance is the back door or side door (not front door).
