Sometimes, the best thing we can do is slow down, grab a coffee, and spend time with people who understand.
Join Dr. Kaleigh of Break Free Pelvic Health & Wellness for a relaxed afternoon of coffee, coloring, conversation, and connection as we continue building our endometriosis community!
Whether you're living with endometriosis, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to connect with others who understand, you're welcome here.
☕ What to Expect
- Coffee & Conversation: Grab a drink, meet new people, and chat at your own pace.
- Color & Create: Enjoy some coloring, or feel free to bring your own craft to work on!
- Community & Connection: Spend time with others who may understand parts of your journey in a way others can't.
There's no formal agenda, no required activities, and absolutely no pressure to share your personal story. Come as you are, participate as much or as little as you'd like, and enjoy a little time for yourself.

This gathering is part of our ongoing effort to create a welcoming, supportive community for people navigating endometriosis. You don't need to be a Break Free patient or have attended one of our support group meetings before to join us.
