Join Theresa Hansen, ERYT and owner of Little Lotus Yoga at Vintages for a guided wine meditation, 1 hour Vinyasa Flow and a glass of wine.Transport yourself to Italy...practice yoga surrounded by barrels of wine in a quaint, quiet space.
We flow at 6 pm. Following our practice, you will be invited to enjoy your wine, shop for Christmas gifts and relax in the space.
Space is limited, pre-registration is encouraged. Please bring a yoga mat.
