Come into the office for a mandatory meeting of the overwhelmed and stressed minds. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. This is unlike any other meeting you have attended.
The agenda: move your body, inhale and exhale, repeat and drink wine.
Join Theresa Hansen for an hour long Vinyasa Flow yoga practice to release the worry, stress and tension that unconsciously weighs you down and makes you crabby. You will leave this practice feeling lighter and better able to handle those in-laws who will be arriving on your doorstep soon.
Following our practice enjoy a nice glass of wine or mocktail. If you wish you to order dinner you will receive 10% off.
