Our last Vineyard Vinyasa of the season!
Start off with a yoga class that will be appropriate for all levels, and end it with a glass of wine...the perfect balance of effort and ease.
Ticket includes class and a glass of wine. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Kasey will provide any other accessories needed for the class.
In case of rain, depending on class size, it may be moved indoors or onto the porch, or we may reschedule to the following Sunday.
