Vin/Yin Yoga

Join us inside North Park’s new mental-health–focused movement studio, Embodied Truth + Power—a warm, grounding space designed to support your well-being through mindful movement and community. 💙✨

Vin/Yin is a balanced blend of movement and stillness designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system. This class begins with a dynamic, energizing Vinyasa flow to warm the muscles, sync breath with movement, and awaken your inner vitality. You’ll move, breathe, and build gentle heat as you reconnect with your body from the inside out.

Midway through, the practice transitions into slow, grounding Yin shapes, held passively for several minutes. Supported by props and mindful stillness, these longer holds gently stretch and hydrate the fascia, release deep tension, and invite a sense of spaciousness in the body.

All levels and all bodies are welcome—modifications and variations are offered throughout.

We provide all props—mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets—and you’re welcome to bring your own for comfort and personal preference.
