Available in person or live stream.Join Kerry Tice for a transformative 90-minute session that artfully blends the invigorating elements of Yang (Vinyasa Yoga) with the soothing practice of Yin (deep stretching). This unique class is designed to harmonize the body, mind, and soul, offering a holistic approach to wellness.
In this session, you will experience the dynamic benefits of Vinyasa, known for its strengthening and energizing qualities, followed by the deep, meditative stretches of Yin yoga, which promote flexibility and relaxation. The combination of these two practices creates a comprehensive experience that not only nurtures your physical body but also provides a reset for your nervous system, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Please bring your own props (BYOP), including blocks, straps, towels, mats, and any other items you may need for your practice. These props will be used to enhance your experience and support you in achieving optimal alignment and comfort throughout the class.
